As our Commercial Training Instructional Designer, you'll have excellent knowledge and understanding of the full adult learning cycle. As you'll create innovative and engaging learning solutions for our Global dealer network team. You'll research, design, and develop our new commercial training courses whilst maintaining and managing our current courses.


You'll embed and work closely with your key stakeholders to understand, identify and produce new training concepts as and when required and create and maintain all course content which you will deliver either in-person or virtually delivering train the trainer material.

You'll be part of a small, dedicated team and report directly to the Global Dealer Training Manager. You'll work closely with all Aston Martin business areas.

We are looking for a confident, driven, resilient, and diplomatic person. You'll have exceptional communicating skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required.

You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, as you'll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your own judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise.


You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a permanent role working across Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There is an expectation of travel required on an as and when basis. There may be a rare requirement for overnight stay on an ad-hoc basis.
