    JOB PURPOSE:

    • Support the Health and Safety department in maintaining a safe workplace environment for the dedicated individuals crafting the world's most desirable British-made cars.
    • Assist in data collection, action tracking, and managing safety committee meetings.
    • Manage the AIRS incident reporting system efficiently.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collect accident frequency data and handle records and reports.
    • Organize meetings, delegate tasks, and manage correspondence.
    • Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Oversee safety committee meetings and maintain budgets.
    • Manage PPE distribution and carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks.

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

    Requirements for this role include prior experience in a busy administration role, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in communication and MS Office tools. The ideal candidate should be motivated, capable of building strong relationships, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
