This is a permanent opportunity for a Personal Assistant and Project Coordinator within an executive search agencyPA/Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Managing all administrative procedures related to interim assignments from inception to completion in line with company standards and resolving operational problems
- Producing materials as they relate to client interim assignments including job descriptions and person specifications, engagement letters and any client correspondence in relation to an assignment
- Entering and retrieving of data, ensuring that database and shared drives are up to date and compliant in relation to assignments and compiling and producing statistics when required
- Ensuring all timesheets are received and processed accurately and payroll documentation is ready for payments to be scheduled
- Leading and supporting consultants with preparation of documents for meetings including proposals, presentations, assignments and CVs
- Leading, assisting and supporting consultants with bid support material and documentation
PA/Project Coordinator Essentials:
- A minimum of three years' experience in an administration role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work with tight deadlines
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office systems
