    Service Coordinator - Plymouth - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

    Service Coordinator Package Overview:
    * £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

    • Full-Time, Permanent
    • Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

    Company Overview - Service Coordinator
    This Company are a reputable business with 14 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry.

    They are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field.

    They offer a number of products and services across their many divisions and are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

    You will be the main point of contact for the service engineers within the company, communicating with the engineers; handling diary management and allocating relevant parts will be some of the duties required.

    Service Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

    • Using internal CRM system to update customer details.
    • Responsible for any existing client keyholder, address changes, and monitoring requests.
    • Maintain the Service support inbox daily.
    • Service Coordinator Skills and Experience:
    * with a strong working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers
