Job description - Client Lead

In this Client Lead role in London, we are looking for a motivated individual to work on an exciting portfolio of accounts, acting as the day-to-day lead to the adviser partners and to work with and advise the wider team.


You will be ambitious, and results driven, and keen to get your hands dirty, with a proven experience of forming strong client relationships built on trust, leadership, and respect, and recognise the importance of staying creative and relevant in your approach.


Key responsibilities - Client Lead

  • In this Client Lead opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Being responsible for defining and executing the strategy to develop key accounts
  • Growing existing accounts by building longterm relationships and delivering training and education on the platforms offering
  • Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Brainstorming and piloting new initiatives and promotions to increase platform usage across client accounts
  • Providing feedback, coaching and supporting the team to meet KPIs and objectives
  • Serving as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Understanding customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Resolving any issues to maintain and strengthen adviser and client trust
  • Utilising the internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data and report these back to wider team and senior leadership

Job requirements - Client Lead

  • A 2:1 from university (Finance, Economics, Banking & related degrees are a plus)
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and building successful longterm relationships with clients, preferably in a similar industry e.g. Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advise
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Great people and leadership skills
  • Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisions
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering longterm relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
