- Working as a subject matter expert, this role will support our lawyers with a variety of more complex technical work in their area of expertise as well as client relationship activity
- Leading delivery of small-medium scale projects and lower complexity matters in collaboration with LPM's and/or practice group fee earners
- Mentor junior members of the team and support their upskilling
- Support the Senior Specialist and the Delivery Manager to develop and implement new Employment work services and solutions
- Demonstrable experience of working on Employment work types
- Broad experience of working in a large, commercial law firm
- Understanding of levels of service and capabilities required in alternative delivery models

This role sits within our MLS team.
