RFaculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences is a large and diverse place to work, based at our Edgbaston City South Campus and we currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit an administration assistant within the HELS Apprenticeship Hub.

Providing expert advice and support to the HELs Apprenticeship Hub is key to the effectiveness of this role.

Through effective organisation the administration assistant will:

  • Support the course coordinators with apprenticeship queries, including onboarding and requesting of contracts
  • Support with Purchase Orders
  • Manage the apprenticeship inbox
  • Statutory and Mandatory tracking


You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) coupled with proven administrative, IT and customer service experience within a complex environment.

You'll need to have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Your drive to deliver superb customer service and your exceptional communication skills alongside your ability to act as a team player, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, to manage your workload and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be what sets you apart.
