Customer Support Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a client based in Ash Vale. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Customer Support Advisor:

  • Act as a main point of contact for customers
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities
  • Target new and existing customers
  • Support the HS2 specialist and coordinating deliveries to the project
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure products are delivered
  • Follow up on sales quotes and record activity on internal systems
  • Input orders on internal system and maintain sales records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role in a construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction
  • Competent computer skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn more about construction

Benefits:

  • Salary is £25,000 £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
