Customer Support AdvisorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a client based in Ash Vale. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Customer Support Advisor:
- Act as a main point of contact for customers
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities
- Target new and existing customers
- Support the HS2 specialist and coordinating deliveries to the project
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure products are delivered
- Follow up on sales quotes and record activity on internal systems
- Input orders on internal system and maintain sales records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support role in a construction industry
- Knowledge of construction
- Competent computer skills
- Good attention to detail
- A willingness to learn more about construction
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday 8:00am 17:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Parking onsite
- Salary is £25,000 £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
