- Family Solicitor or Fee Earner – Legal Aid
- Running a caseload of mid-high value caseload
- Drafting statements, applications, and other court pleadings
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from initial instruction to applying for Legal aid where appropriate, and advocacy
- Providing support to other Fee Earners
- Dealing with new client enquiries
- Assist with billing and costs. Working closely with the Costs Draftsman
- Experienced Family Solicitor or equivalent.
- Ideally 5 years experience and knowledge of most-all areas of family law.
- Resolution accredited Specialist – Preferred
- Work on own initiative
- Track record of billing within Family Law.
- Qualified solicitor or experienced Fee Earner
- Confident in Business Development
