This London-based content strategist agency creates content, copywriting and strategy for global brands and has this fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager.

They are looking for someone to own their relationships with clients, charm them and lead theway in ensuring they get the best possible service and solutions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Own their 'client success' process and lead on client relationships
  • Work with the Strategists to provide added value and best possible results for clients
  • Work with the Project manager to ensure clients are happy and that projects are running smoothly
  • Calling, meeting, entertaining and fostering close relationships with clients
  • Proactively explore opportunities to expand existing clients spend
  • All new work/quoting discussions with client
  • Defining and commissioning creative team (choosing writers, strategists etc.)
  • All initial briefing for new projects
  • All project finances, managing and forecasting budgets
  • Assistance to the MD with Invoicing and Credit Control
  • Work with MD and other AMs to improve processes
  • Think in 'money terms' only and owns the commercial success of the client account

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:


  • Experience working in a creative/marketing/digital agency, as an Account Manager
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing
  • Proven record of proactive relationship building and maintenance with highend stakeholders
  • Experience running budgets and invoicing
  • Experience implementing/running a client NPS (or other client satisfaction methodology).
  • Proven experience of growing clients' accounts
  • Experience briefing a creative team
  • Excellent working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Xero an advantage
  • Have worked on several budgets at a time an advantage
  • Knowledge/ experience with copywriting an advantage
