    Senior Business Analyst

    Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders to identify business needs. You will be required to analyse business data and asses current processes to identify areas of improvement. Working across multiple departments to understand operations and systems. And through your data driven insights determine opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes and increase efficiencies. Taking the lead to facilitate and deliver business process improvements.

    This role will suit a professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced organisaton, who is able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change. A confident communicator with ability to gather information and reach out to relevant stakeholders to retrieve data. Comfortable working across all levels of the business, including board members, office departments, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Being able to adjust your approach to get the best out of every interaction is a must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
    • Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
    • Liaise between various business departments and groups.
    • Assess opportunities for process improvement, including business process modelling and then take responsibility for delivering those improvements.
    • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
    • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
    • Map and maintain the current business processes showing dependencies and review the systems used to recommend improvement activities which will deliver measurable benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Ideally Degree educated within a related field.
    • Minimum four years' experience within a similar role.
    • Experience of working within a fast-growing business, preferable in a related industry such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
    • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
    • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
    • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
