Overall Purpose of The Job

  • Assist with identifying training solutions and producing content for developing future seafaring skills.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Collaborate across vessel and shore teams to identify skills gaps for future initiatives.
  • Input into design of training programs addressing culture and welfare issues.
  • Run live webinars and produce training content for Marine HR projects and campaigns.
  • Support with delivery of learning solutions in collaboration with Training team.
  • Assist with mentoring and coaching of vessel leaders as part of career development program.

Essential

  • Computer Literate
  • Graduate in Technology, Sciences or Nautical Sciences OR Master
  • Five (5) years in Command.

Desirable

  • Ship Management experience
