GiBe Finance are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to hire a new Commercial Finance Manager for a rapidly expanding and ambitious renewable energy group.

This role would suit a commercial finance professional who enjoys looking at business growth, M&A, funding and commercial support.

You will get the chance to be directly mentored by a very bright Head of Commercial Finance and an inspirational CFO.

The Role
This is on the commercial end of commercial - it's all about business growth, investment and performance.

The successful Commercial Finance Manager will be involved in the following:

Take a commercial lead on all corporate finance (M&A) activity
Create commercial models to support all future transactions
Produce valuation and due diligence models
Create commercial models around new site acquisitions and existing site performance
Act as a true commercial business partner to key internal and external stakeholders
Support with commercial performance, business case analysis and FP&A
Link in with finance to support with all budgets, forecasts and planning
Present commercial numbers at board level

Your Profile
We are looking for an innovative people person who has a passion for commercial finance. This is a smaller business so it would suit someone who likes being hands on. There is so much variety and potential in this role.

If you tick the following boxes then great

Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Have some corporate finance or M&A experience
Have worked in energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, construction or property
