Jenson Fisher is working exclusively with our long established client to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis.

Working as a key part of a small yet established team, the Accounts Assistant will be tasked with ensuring that thedaily transactions of the business are recorded accurately.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will support with all transactional deadlines and on a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Use of Sage 50 Cloud and Microsoft Excel.
  • Daily bookkeeping and resolving transactional finance queries.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with bank reconciliations.
  • Collating credit card receipts and reconciling on a weekly basis.
  • Purchase and sales ledger.
  • Monthly reporting for subsidiary business.
  • Project work as required by either the Finance Manager or Office Manager.
  • General accounts administration.
