    Active Nation is on thehunt for a new Duty Manager to join our team at The Quays Swimming& Diving Complex Southampton Hampshire

    AsDuty Manager you will be leading a team to ensure the operationaland presentation standards are met which will include interactingwith our customers (supporters) and ensuring they are safe andhappy.

    You will ensure the successful day to dayoperation of The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex through aclear process of focusing on people safety service and standards.You will have experience in managing operational policies andprocedures and teams ofcampaigners(staff) to proven experience ofpromoting a company culture that is focused ongreatsupporter(customer) service.

    You will reportto the Venue Manager and be responsiblefor:

    • Daily management of theoperations of the venue
    • Managing safety andservice on a duty rota basis
    • Conductingoperational duties/inspections
    • Ensuring correctstaffing levels at all times
    • Opening andClosing of the venue.

    An NPLQQualification is desirable but not essential as full training andqualifications will be provided.

    We need you towork flexibly and across all opening hours from early morning tolate in the evening (on a rotational basis). The Quays Swimming& Diving Complex is a located at Harbour Parade Southamptonboasting a 25m Main Pool Diving Pool with multiple boards up to 10mLeisure Pool with slides Spacious Gym Studio and Group CyclingStudio.
