    Description
    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Are you looking for a change in direction for your career?We are looking for skills and experience from a variety of industries including FMCG, heavy industry (paper, steel etc) automotive etc. All will be considered.

    You will be a maintenance expert in PLC and Computer control systems ( AC & DC Power Systems, VFD's) from hydraulics/pneumatics manufacturing environments to join NOV's Field Aftermarket Team.

    As a Service Engineer you will:
    • be a time served Engineer with existing knowledge of fault finding and repairing heavy machinery - an excellent foundation to our training program.
    • be homebased from mainland UK with global travel on an ad-hoc basis.
    • be responsible for the repair and inspection of NOV Rig equipment globally both offshore and onshore, responding to emergency calls for Rig Down situations when required.
    • join a team of skilled and motivated engineers.
