Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the success of the hiring process.Responsibilities:
- Collaboration working very closely with the Talent Attraction Team, Interviewers and Account Directors
- Data Management
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS
- Compliance & Documentation ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining up to date documentation related to the recruitment activity. Knowledge
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Hybrid Working - flexible arrangement

£27,000.00 per year
