Responsibilities:


  • Collaboration working very closely with the Talent Attraction Team, Interviewers and Account Directors


  • Data Management

  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS
  • Compliance & Documentation ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining up to date documentation related to the recruitment activity. Knowledge
Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Hours 35 hours per week

Hybrid Working - flexible arrangement


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
