We are pleased to be recruiting for a People Assistant role for an established client based in Medway. You'll be joining an enthusiastic and motivated team, where you will have good organisation, administration, and coordination skills.If you have previous experience as an administrator or assistant and are looking for an opportunity to work within HR, this role could be for you.
This role offers hybrid working and is on an FTC until the end of March 2023.Responsibilities include:
- Acting as an initial point of contact for employees and line managers.
- Answering basic queries on processes, policies and procedures relating to the employee lifecycle.
- Carry out various peoplerelated administrative activities, including onboarding tasks for new starters and data inputting into the HRIS.
- Providing basic management information and supplier and invoice management.
Skills and attributes:
- Previous administration experience within a busy team and excellent attention to detail.
- Be a great team player who can work well with colleagues and sees confidentiality's importance in your work.
- Able to take a commonsense approach to get things done and be able to prioritise your workload within tight deadlines.
