Overview

Our client is a firm of chartered accountants and registered auditors, based in London.

Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to take the lead ona wide range of accounting duties for clients.

About the role

This role would suit aprofessionalindividual, looking to secure a more senior role.

Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Accountant will provide valuable support with accounting work, VAT returns and a number of key administrative tasks.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Preparing accounts for business services clients;
  • Overseeing preparation of annual financial statements;
  • Reviewing VAT returns;
  • Assisting with recruitment for the Business Management department;
  • Assisting the Manager with the preparation of timesheets for the department;
  • Assisting with the daytoday running of the department.
The ideal person


The position would suit a strong leader, who can strategically plan projects and use the resources available to execute a plan of action.

The person should be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and communicate with clients, and effectively manage difficultsituations.
