    Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (12 month FTC)

    Our well renowned banking client is currently on the market for a Talent Acquisition Associate/specialist, the role is a hybrid role (3 days in 2 days from home).

    The position is a 12-month contract.

    Due to expansion in our Team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-growing organization based in Chester.

    We are a growing team of 4 based in Chester, along with the wider TA team, in EMEA.

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source highly talented candidates.

    You will collaborate with your teammates across the globe to develop targeted strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values.


    In your role, you will partner closely with your stakeholders along with your recruitment partners.

    Partner with your recruiter and senior stakeholders to discuss hiring needs across EMEA, using both your internal and external knowledge to provide a shortlist of highly talented individuals.

    You will provide support in the initial stages of recruitment from sourcing, application management in workday, shortlisting through to interview with a consultative approach.

    Create a positive candidate experience with all candidates you engage with, adopting the banks values with each interaction.

    You will have seasoned experience working in a sourcing or recruiter role within a matrix organisation, preferably financial services.

    You must have the ability to apply market knowledge to sourcing projects to create added value for stakeholders.

    You will ideally have a data focused mind set and analytical skills, perhaps with experience of market mapping and targeted sourcing campaigns.

    You must have the ability to work on multiple projects, be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
