Description

Our client, an exciting AI focused digital creative agency, based in central London, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team.

A market leader in their industry, they were award production and creative agency of the year in 2021 byCampaign magazine.


Utilising in house expertise across film, gaming, social media, and technology, they create tailored content for advertising firms and brands.

A role has arisen to join their Accounts team, due to continued growth.

The position has the prospect for progressionand will involve a full study support package towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA accounting qualification.

They offer a great working culture and activities/ events put on for staff every 2 weeks.

This is a permanent position paying £30,000 + hybrid working (minimum 1 day a week in the office)


Responsibilities

  • Purchase ledger maintenance
  • Sales ledger maintenance
  • Cash management duties
  • Weekly bank reconciliations across different currency bank accounts
  • Analysis
  • Assisting with year end processes

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 12 year's accounts experience
  • Proactive
  • Motivated and resilient
  • Sage experience highly desirable
