We are looking for an experienced and passionate recruitment consultant to join our thriving team.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing recruitment services through a variety of platforms.
  • Strategic business development through networking, hosting and attending events.
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Ensuring that applicants are fully inducted and understand the requirements prior to their start date and complete registration paperwork where necessary.

Key Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a recruitment role
  • Ability to judge & prioritise multiple demands whilst delivering fastpaced service excellence
  • Competitive with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of MS office packages
  • Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes is preferred but not essential
  • Level 2 or higher Recruitment & resourcing qualification preferred but not essential


  • Full driving licence

  • Preferred but not essential

Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function:

  • Understand and support the sales process providing first line support for all enquiries
  • Provide preemployment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
  • Complete registrations with learners using various government registration platforms
  • Develop an understanding of government funding and the training industry
  • Comply with company management systems.
  • Always seek and provide feedback in a professional manner to clients

£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
