Job Introduction

We are recruiting for Dedicated Cover Ambassador to join our Rapport team to cover predominantly offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen for our prestigious client, but also might be required to cover other offices across the contract. Your base office will be Edinburgh.


The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world, and you will play a crucial role in the front-line support for operational absences, such as annual holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.


_This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day). You will be working from Monday to Friday, with core hours on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required to work outside of these hours (e.g., fine dining, evening events that require support)._

Main responsibilities:


  • Covering Guest Services Ambassadors across the contract
  • Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring duties are carried out to the highest of standards
  • Overseeing client reception and provide office support throughout the business
  • Building rapport within the business
  • Managing any client bookings, hospitality requests, back of house duties such as printing, scanning
  • Vending machine management and coffee machine management, including cleaning of machines and replenishment
  • Setting up meeting room, servicing and clearing down of all working breakfast, working lunches, events and fine dining
  • Stock taking procedures
