Shift Patterns:
Working Monday to Sundays on 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Weekdays Timing 21:00 to 07:00, Weekends & Bank Holiday Timing 19:00 hours to 07:00 hours. Average of 37 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Security Manned Guarding Services
  • Access/Egress Control Duties
  • Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment.
  • CCTV Monitoring Duties.
  • Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
  • Regular and accurate report writing.
  • Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise in line with the hospital's guidelines and training.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
  • Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.
  • Light portering & admin duties.
  • Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
  • Covering all required security related duties as/when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
  • Must have a 5year checkable work or back to school history.
  • Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
  • Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
- 'Public Facing' experience

  • Able to work as part of a Team and also on own
  • Diplomatic & Approachable
  • Ability to think 'Outside the Box' when applicable
  • High expectation of customer service delivery
  • Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
