The Company
We are a reseller for mobile and fixed-line telecoms products and networks.

We provide telecommunications products and services to small, medium and large businesses.
Alongside the product itself, we provide support services, such as monthly billing, analysis, and full account management.


The Position

Job Title:

Apprentice First Line Support


Apprenticeship Course:

Level 3 Information Communication Technician


Apprenticeship Duration:

12-15 months + 3 months for EPA


Location:

London EC4M


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 to 5


Salary:

£12,000 + Travel Expenses


We will teach any necessary skills (how to use the portals etc) and ensure full understanding of the role and who our clients are.

From time to time there may be additional tasks on an ad hoc basis. The office has a very good atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and sociable.


Role and Responsibilities
Answering phone calls from Clients

Responding to E-mails in a timely manner

Navigating Network Carrier Portals

Liaising with Network teams in order to problem solve

Ordering stock from suppliers

Stock Control


Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

Basic GCSE's

Excellent English - Both written and oral

Highly organised (timekeeping is a must)

Good knowledge of MS Office programs

Passionate about Mobile & IT products

3rd Line Support Engineer

We are growing and have multiple openings within our 3rd line support team at our London facility. Our 3rd line engineers work alongside production line employees to manufacture 3D printed parts for the 3D printing industry.

Our 3rd line engineers also assist production line employees in troubleshooting parts and processes, which ultimately improves efficiency, reduces costs and improves quality.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with product questions or problems
  • Prepare quotes for customers or other vendors
  • Process orders for internal customers or vendors
  • Assist in the process of receiving orders from vendors or customers for pick up or delivery
  • Assist in the process of receiving orders from vendors or customers for delivery
  • Prepare shipping labels for internal customers or vendors
  • Assist in the process of receiving shipments from vendors or customers for storage
  • Prepare shipping manifest for internal customers or vendors
  • Other duties as assigned by management
