About the role_**- Liaise with laundry company on daily basis regarding guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning items

  • Send/receive all guest and staff garments, ensuring that each item ware returned with expecting time and quantities
  • Ensuring that all relevant laundry slips, forms, delivery notes and control list/protocol are checked, filled and forward to correct department. Any discrepancy must to be highlight immediately to Executive Housekeeper
  • Check all internal stock uniforms and ensure that all are clean and free of damaged repair if needed
  • Issues the uniforms to the new staff members ensuring that the correct documents are filled and sign
  • Carry monthly uniforms inventories
  • Operate the washing machine and report any malfunctioning machine immediately
  • Keep working area clean and tiddy at all time
  • Perform and another task as requested by Executive housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper

_Focus on Guest Exper__ience_**- Provide guests with requested service and amenities within assigned timing or as soon as possible with friendly manner.

  • Protect guest and associate security by never revealing any personal information, room numbers.
  • To assist in the cleaning of the public areas (if required)

You are passionate about creating EPIC guests experiences, in particular:

  • You love to meet, greet, and serve all sorts of people
  • Passionate about all things Guest experience
  • Are in love with the happenings in our neighbourhood
  • Always look at ways to serve and surprise each guests
  • You are flexible, approachable, and sociable in nature.
  • Ideally you will have experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
