Can you find a needle in a haystack?

You will work in a data driven environment where your inquisitive, curious and solution focused attitude will be key to the success of this role.

This is your opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge of technical tools such as Power BI, Excel Macros, VBA and Access which you will use to proactively manage script (exam paper/ material) investigations to minimise customer queries. You do not need to have used all of these tools before and this will be a real opportunity for learning, personal growth and development.
Supporting the Script Investigation Manager and the wider team in gathering of requirements, set up, delivery and lessons learned of all series script reconciliation activity

Your constant focus on continuous improvement as well as the preparation of any necessary supporting materials such as training collateral and quality assurance checklists will ensure exceptional levels of accuracy.

What will you do

Achieve high quality standards, maintaining agreed productivity schedules and contribute to process improvement.
Take responsibility for supervising a team of temporary workers across day, and during the peak summer series, night shift to deliver a successful series.
