    Payroll Specialist
    Havant
    Permanent

    ARM are partnering with a global Security and Aerospace business in Havant.

    A position has become available for a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours across a 4-day week.

    Successful candidates will need strong experience in manual payroll and calculations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Processing day to day UK Payrolls
    • Process both the advanced and arrears payrolls per the calendars each month
    • Carry out reconciliations such as ensuring the FPS balances to payroll results
    • Support operational activities for the responsible account
    • Comply with filing and record retention requirements
    • Working with the Senior Payroll Specialist to perform year end
    • Manual calculations of gross to NET overpayments
    • Maintenance and review of payroll procedures

    Requirements:

    • Experience with insourced end-to-end payroll.
    • Ability to carry out manual payroll calculations to support validations.
    • Oracle Peoplesoft experience
    • An understanding of payrolling benefits
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
    • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment
