Waking Night Care Assistant Worker

Support4u are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring flexible Night care assistant to provide night support for a gentleman with Dementia in his own home 3/4 nights a week.

Our Night Care Assistant roles are immensely rewarding and enjoyable. Every person we support is unique. Experience is essential you must be able to demonstrate an awareness of the client group.

About you:

Your approach will be person-centered with the ability to calmly manage difficult situations, demonstrate empathy with others and adapt easily to change.

You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, work well as part of a team and understand the issues and requirements of people with Dementia.

We provide an induction and training programme as well as supporting you through your Training Qualifications. Care experience is essential with a passion for enabling people to live fun and fulfilled lives.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 24 per week
