About the Role (External)
Our technicians serve as a crucial link between team leaders and operatives. In this role, you'll specialize in track maintenance, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the railway network.
Track: Your responsibilities will include maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the track network (known as the Permanent Way or P-Way), which supports trains and associated structures.
Working outdoors in all conditions, you'll engage in manual labor, often near fast-moving trains, emphasizing safety, adherence to rules, and teamwork.
