aka Recruitment are excited to be working with an established main dealership to bring you this Aftersales Manager position based in Liverpool.

Job Duties Include:

Encourage and mentor your team to success by delivering an outstanding customer experienceMotivate and support the Aftersales team to achieve their personal career goals and targetsMaximise efficiency and hours sold by driving the overall performance of the workshopSupport the Service department to utilise all platforms an opportunities to upsellEnsure your team is compliant with the group's financial processesBring your experience and ideas for the dealership and help navigate it to success.

RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience as an Aftersales ManagerA proven record of managing a successful aftersales departmentCollaborative management approachMain Dealership ExperienceDrive and enthusiasm for the roleReasons to Apply:
My client is looking to welcome an experienced Aftersales Manager who has a view for success. They are open to listening to new approaches and adapting the Aftersales department to truly benefit the dealership. You will be asked to work Monday to Friday 8 am until 6 pm with no weekends required.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary starting at £36k Basic with the potential earning of up to £52k per annum.
