    Company:
    EA Associates are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join a top Painting & Decorating contractor located in Kent.

    This position presents an exciting chance to become part of a well-established company and manage a variety of projects across different sectors.


    Role:


    The Contracts Manager will oversee Painting & Decorating contracts for various residential, commercial, and social housing projects.

    The ideal candidate should have a background in Decorating, with experience at a Supervisor or Contracts Manager level.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of Painting & Decorating contracts from start to finish.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
    • Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary improvements.
    • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to meet their requirements and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated background in Decorating, with previous experience as a Supervisor or Contracts Manager.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
