    Job Title: CommercialAdmin

    Location: Taunton MA02780

    Duration: 3 Months(Potential Extension)

    ShiftTiming: 7:30am to 4:30pm (Monday throughFriday)

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute company procedures and systems to maximizeoperating efficiency and system controls as it relates to districtstandard operating procedures.
    • Work withpayroll and managers to ensure accurate payrollprocessing.
    • Responsible for completingrequired documentation for prevailing wage compliance.
    • Collaborate with national EH&S Team to ensure safetypolicies are being adhered to at the district level.
    • Provide backup support for administrative roles withinthe district including scheduling and reception.
    • Work within the District team to provide support to allmembers to ensure the speedy and accurate completion of all teamassignments.
    • Responsible for collaboratingwith corporations & providing necessary documentation asrequested.
    • Check completed work for errors orduplicate information obtain further information for incompletedocuments before submittal or completion of finalproduct.
    • Complete daily reports asrequested.
    • Other duties asassigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED)
    • 13 years of experience performingadministrative duties required within a sales or service industryand working knowledge of computerbased ERP systemspreferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Outlook Word Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Mustpossess good decisionmaking skills be highly organized andmeticulous.
    • Must have excellent oral andwritten communication.
    • Ability to usediscretion. Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters whenneeded.
    • Data analysis and interpretationskills.
    • Speed and accuracy withdiligence.
    • Dispatching andscheduling.

    PhysicalDemands:

    • While performingthe duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sitand twist; use hands and arms to reach handle push pull or feel;speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand andwalk.
    • The employee must regularly lift and/ormove up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up totwentyfive pounds.
    • Specific vision abilitiesrequired by this job include close vision distance vision colorvision and the ability to adjust focus.
