    Job Description PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR


    Start Date:

    Office:
    Hours of Work: Full-Time Monday - Friday 9.Workplace Pension Scheme, 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays and various other benefits

    Salary Guide:
    negotiable depending on experience.

    Hopkins Solicitors is a reputable law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

    Due to our expanding client base and growing demand for private client services, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team.

    Manage a caseload encompassing a range of private client matters including Wills, LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney), Deputyship Orders, and Probate.


    • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
    • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
    Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.

    • Proven track record in handling a variety of private client matters including Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
    • Demonstrated ability to network effectively to develop and expand the private client department.
