We are looking for someone to provide high-quality business analysis to support all departments with a particular focus on Sales & Marketing.
To manage and maintain the existing reporting architecture across PowerBI, SSRS and Daily reporting requirements.To champion innovation across business operations and analysis reporting; bespoke software development and/or commercial off the shelf package implementations.
Analyzing business processes within the company and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of those processes.Maintain a clear understanding of the department's business objectives and KPIs so that you can translate, interpret and provide data solutions to business problems.
In-depth understanding of database structures and ability to work in agile development environments.The suitable candidate will have GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English, be an advanced Excel user, have a clear understanding of databases and experience working with large data sets.
It is also desired but not essential to have Microsoft Developer Certificates, CRM Admin and data management, C# (Limited use required) CRM Reporting, Workflows, JavaScript, Dashboards and Form Customization.
Full industry specific training will be provided for the successful candidate.This is a full time position - 37 hours per week
The working days are Monday to Friday
Whilst the role is offered on a hybrid contract basis, the majority of day-to-day activity can take place from home.
