    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital sign checks, and medical history reviews
    • Create personalized care plans in coordination with healthcare team
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety
    • Educate patients on their conditions and treatments for active involvement in their healthcare
    • Assist patients with daily activities ensuring comfort and well-being
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective patient care delivery
    • Advocate for patients' needs and involvement in care decisions
    • Maintain accurate patient records to monitor progress
    • Participate in ongoing education for staying current with best practices
    • Adhere to high standards of infection control and patient safety

    What We Require:

    • Valid NMC Registration
    • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting
    • Strong clinical skills and nursing principles knowledge
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
    • Commitment to ethical practices and guidelines adherence
    • Must have the right to work in the UK
