- Using LEAN tools (inc 5S) and methodologies to drive continuous improvements across the Manufacturing process,
- Planning, design, purchase and implementation of integrated manufacturing and assembly processes, managing different projects of varying sizes to successful conclusions.
- Compiling and presenting data on Key Performance Indicators, chairing meetings to discuss required details.
- Work as part of a team implementing process improvements within the Assembly Process
- Participate in the design/layout of new and existing workstations to improve efficiency and accommodate new tooling and products.
- Review/develop assembly workstation documentation including assembly graphics using CREO/CAD.
- We are looking for a wide range of candidates studying towards a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems/Controls Engineering or similar.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, and a keen willingness to learn.
- A good level of IT skills including the use of Microsoft applications, Minitab experience would also be beneficial although is not essential.
- Experience with CREO/CAD would also be beneficial, although is not essential.
