    Description

    Illuminate is working closely with an accredited Carbon Disclosure Project Partner to recruit a Sustainability Analyst or Technical Executive to join their growing team.

    They provide services and technology to report on the progress to Net-Zero.

    By linking advice, granularity and data automation, their clients are empowered to de-carbonise more quickly, whether through the lens of operations, products, or supply chains.

    They provide businesses with end-to-end insight to measure, reduce and disclose their scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.

    What will you be responsible for?


    Successfully and efficiently onboard clients to their portal and finance systems.nProvide first line support for their technology users.nWork with the Product Development team for more complex client enquiries and issues.nPro-actively chase clients to input and refresh their data.nAudit client data submissions.nUndertake large data entry and data analysis tasks.nAssist Technical Managers with scientific research and carbon emissions data collection and analysis.nWork with the Technical Managers to provide actionable insights to help clients decarbonise their operations, products and supply chains.nPrepare customer facing documents.nPresent findings to customers and internal colleagues.nCarry out day-to-day activities using Company systems and technology and follow best practice.

    What experience, personal attributes, and behaviours will help you to thrive in your new role?


    Experience in a SAAS product environment is highly desirable.nHave a passion for sustainability in your professional and personal life.nUnderstand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.nBuild strong working relationships with internal colleagues, external suppliers and clients to facilitate the smooth running of projects and escalate potential issues/resolutions to the appropriate manager.nBe organised and structured.nWork at pace, whilst maintaining great attention to detail.nCommunicate information, ideas, plans, requests, and opinions clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders through a range of channels.nOrganise and prioritise your own work to accomplish tasks and meet objectives efficiently.nHave excellent written and verbal communications skills with a natural ability to ask questions and listen.nHave excellent planning, execution, and reporting skills with the ability to work on own initiative and be always flexible to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.nHave good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    What else do you need to know?

    Salary:
    £30,000 - £40,000 (experience dependent)nFive weeks holidaynHours of work are 09:00-17:00nPension, life insurance and private medical insurance
