- Assisting planning colleagues to complete appraisals for potential immediate and strategic development opportunities.
- Assisting Planning colleagues in the co-ordination and preparation of planning applications and then maintaining involvement throughout the planning process.
- Management of minor variation, condition clearance, pre-application advice and section 106 obligation discharge applications.
- Coordination of public engagement exercises and liaison with key stakeholders and community groups.
- Developing relationships with Local Planning Authorities and industry professionals.
- Assistance in maintaining a Local Planning Authority Monitoring database.
- RTPI accredited course
- Related work experience beneficial
- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships with a variety of clients

The Role
As a Planning Graduate you will work with the Land and Planning teams getting involved at the first stage of the build process to acquire land for development with a view of building quality homes and communities.
There will be a variety of exciting projects to work on, helping develop your knowledge and skills.
