Clarity are pleased to once again be supporting our successful client as they seek to recruit a Regional Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.


An established and highly successful award winning business working within the IT sector, the company seeks a confident Account Manger with experience in achieving sucessful sales.


About the role:


  • Deliver upon a monthly target with a systematic approach to territory management and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Engage all your customers on a minimum of a quarterly basis
  • Keep an up to date, ever evolving territory business plan
  • Proactively interact with customers in a way that builds lasting relationships to the benefit of both parties
  • Schedule and execute annual account reviews with key customers
  • Run demonstrations both 121 with individual customers, and in groups settings/webinars as required
  • Build short
- and long-term plans to generate additional revenue within your territory

  • Identify and create appropriate strategic partnerships within your territory
  • Field and prioritise inbound customer enquiries in line with our customers service values and revenue goals
  • Deliver live reporting on all customer activity and accurate forecast tracking on a weekly basis
  • Report regularly on trends within our customer base and our wider market
  • Attend events or exhibitions
  • Share product feedback received from customers, in order to contribute to our product roadmap and business strategy

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B salesbased role(s) selling software
  • Keen understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Tenacity and proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • The ability to build sales plans within a territory
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to demonstrate and present with confidence
  • Personal responsibility and achievement orientation
Remuneration - £34k Basic Salary + £16k OTE
