Our well established Client is a progressive, award winning, leading regional Law Firm with offices in Bishop's Stortford, London and Spain.

Due to our continued expansion they are looking to recruit a part-time Learning and Development Advisor to jointheir HR team.

Design and deliver creative L&D programmes
Conduct learning needs analysis
Support and develop the Company's Academy
Provide advice and training options to Managers and staff
Develop new learning opportunities for inclusion in existing and new programmes

You will be CIPD accredited (Level 5 or above) and have a real passion for learning and development and have previous experience in a similar role in a professional organisation.

You must be enthusiastic, motivated and flexible, capable of dealing with a widerange of tasks and be passionate about people and getting them to perform at their best.

Well-developed communication skills, and the ability to inspire and influence are essential.
Knowledge of LMS systems is advantageous.

Very competitive salary plus benefits include a competitive salary, 22 days holiday, Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Health Cover, Life Assurance, a discretionary annual bonus and hybrid working.

Flexible with days / hours but looking for 3 days (22.5hrs per week) minimum.
