The Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Leading on the operational work needed to open the clinic in early 2023-
  • Maintaining the efficient day to day operations of the clinic to ensure an exceptional patient experience-
  • Managing the overall patient journey, working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams-
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and overall service delivery-
  • Providing operational support, training and guidance to both clinical and non clinical team members as needed-
  • Overseeing and managing operational processes to ensure compliance with CQC requirements-
  • Supporting and upholding policies and procedures related to patient safety, quality improvement and infection control-
  • Ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient experience-
  • Ensuring that communication and teamwork amongst the wider team is effective-
  • Proving line management for the non-clinical teams-
  • Acting as a cultural role model within the clinic, proactively addressing any issues as they arise.-
  • Work in partnership with the clinical and leadership teams to ensure a remarkable patient experienceWe will be operating a rota to cover opening times in the evening and weekends. There will be several shift patterns available which will be discussed during the interview process, but all team members will need to be prepared to cover some evenings and weekends.
