Key responsibilities include:

Arrange & conduct viewing appointments at properties on the market with our busy Felixstowe branch.
Listen to customer queries and comments, providing the team with feedback
Familiarising yourself with properties on the market for sale in the specific area
Speaking to applicants in a warm and friendly manner

We will provide training on how to conduct professional viewings and how to look after our clients' properties.

Key attributes:

An interest in property would be an advantage
The ability to build a rapport with people quickly
Well presented and confident with strong communication skills
Organised and punctual
Personable

Please note a driving license is requierd for this position.

Hourly rate dependent on experience.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 8-10 per week

Salary:
£8.00-£15.00 per hour
