TheRole
Oversee all aspects of rangemanagement for the defined categories including segmentation anddistribution. Supporting a DTC first approach inmerchandising.
Develop and drive the GTM (Go ToMarket) plan within Teamsports across all distribution channelsensuring category businesssuccess.
Responsibilities
Workclosely with design development and partnerships to producebestinclass product against target FOBs andRRPs.
Manage the line list creation for each ofthe teams at the start of the critical path process and share thiswith Merchandising Product Development & Design to workfrom.
Establish range pricing to deliver againsttarget margins volumes and value including pricing harmonisationacross all categories.
Support sellin topartners sales and retailers where required.
Create impact in showrooms and GTMsetup.
Develop defined parameterlevelforecasting in conjunction with merchandising team providing allrelevant KPI reporting and provide any analysis related to therespective category.
Actively collaborate andsupport the partnerships team.
Create rangeswithin the category from both a brand image and a commercial pointof view.
Define product launch calendars toensure impactful launches and productflow.
Compile competitor analysis in allrelevant local markets.
Carry out GTM plansensuring critical path timelines are met.
Managethe concept creation process withpartners.
Skills&Qualities
Skills andExperience:
Bachelors degreepreferably inmarketing/textile/fashion.
Consumerfocused withdeep product and range understanding.
Ability towork crossfunctionally liaising with peer groups across thebusiness to drive efficiencies andresults.
Ability to work within strict deadlinesand able to be adaptive to changes.
Comfortablein a fastpaced and everchanging businessenvironment.
Excellent planning and organisationskills.

Advanced user of MS Office suite ofproducts.
