Part-time Administrator (with potential to increase to full-time) Temp to PermAbout the Company:
They are a family-run business providing high-quality services to their clients.
The company specializes in home claims, working with insurance claims, and they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering data accurately into specific systems
- Booking in jobs for technicians and ensuring that they are completed on time
- Uploading job forms, reports, and quotes
- Filing paperwork and ensuring that it is organized and easy to access
- Communicating with other team members and clients to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home claims or insurance claims would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Location:
Maidstone (Office-based)
Salary:
£11PH - £12.50PH dependant on experience
Working Hours:
The role is part-time initially, with the potential to increase to full-time. The working hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
