- Deliver therapy on a group and individual basis, incorporating remote working.
- Conduct telephone assessments for corporate clients, determining suitability and modality type.
- Provide high-quality interventions in line with NICE guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Facilitate a range of group interventions.
- Maintain accreditation with the BABCP or work towards accreditation.
- Passion for dynamic therapy and working with motivated clients.
- Experience using DBT skills and techniques.
- Previous experience in acute mental health settings.
- Accredited CBT therapist or actively working towards accreditation.
