- Lead and manage the Drama department, overseeing the delivery of an outstanding Drama curriculum
- Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that supports student development
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement exciting Drama lessons
- Organize and direct school productions, performances, and events
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Support the professional development of Drama teachers
- Participate in extracurricular Drama activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements and progress
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Specialization in Drama or performing arts-related field
- Postgraduate degree in Drama or Drama Education (preferred)
- Proven experience teaching Drama, preferably at the secondary level
- Strong leadership and management skills
