- Plan and deliver captivating Drama lessons for students in Primary and Secondary education levels
- Nurture creativity, foster self-expression, and enhance students' confidence through drama techniques
- Collaborate with colleagues to build and execute a comprehensive performing arts curriculum
- Assess students' progress, offer constructive feedback, and provide necessary support
- Coordinate school performances to showcase students' talents and accomplishments
- Establish a safe and welcoming learning environment that champions equality and diversity
- Engage with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about students' development
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Drama within a school environment
- Have a strong grasp of drama pedagogy and contemporary performance techniques
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
