About the role:


  • Monday
  • Friday, 7.00 am pm
  • Permanent
  • Overtime rates after working 39 + hours
  • Weekend off

Duties:


  • Using Brake Presses to produce customers' orders on time and to the correct quality standard
  • Setting up machines, reading drawings, programming machine, tooling changes etc
  • Marking up of pressed parts and packing
  • Robot Programming
  • Manoeuvring of materials on and off the press machines, either manually or with appropriate equipment

Experience:


  • Experience operating and setting Press Brake machines is essential.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow 1st and 3rd angle projection drawings.
  • Knowledge of working with different grades of metal.
  • Quality focused with good attention to detail.
  • Good communications skills.
