    TheRole

    To lead and ensure asuccessful execution of the inbound operationalfunctions.

    Through our partnership profile andexciting growing mainline the demand for Castore is seeing uspartner with the biggest retailers in the market as well asdeveloping a distribution network on a global scale. As an IntakeLead you will play an integral role in helping us deliver againstour ambitious growth targets in this hugely strategic channel forour business.

    Responsibilities

    Previousexperience tracking inbound freight ( Sea Air Road ) from globalterritories and receiving destinations
    Monitor and reporton inbound delivery performance within agreed SLAs
    Workclosely with Supply Chain team giving visibility of inbounddeliveries to the 3PL
    Manage the inbound deliveries intothe 3PL monitoring SLAs
    Actively chase 3PL for deliverystatus
    Own and distribute DC bookings to wider team makingsure everyone has visibility of this information
    Maintainaccurate shipment information and visibility for widerteam.
    Constantly driving for improvements andefficiencies.
    Be a key point of contact for queriesdealing professionally efficiently and timely to resolve andproblems relating to shipments customs anddeliveries.
    Daily management of the internalERP
    3PL booking management
    Customs clearance inline with agreedSLAs

    Skills&Qualities

    EssentialKnowledge and Experience:

    Experienceof working in a similar role

    Experience ofinbound processes & local customs

    Ability to work crossfunctionally liaising withpeer groups across the business to drive efficiencies andresults

    Experience in preparing reports tocontinuously monitor and improveperformance

    Ability to work to strict deadlinesand be able to adapt to changes

    Comfortable in afastpaced and everchanging businessenvironment

    Excellent planning and organisationskills

    Experience using ERP WMS and Freightportals

    Flexible approach and willingness tofurther learn & adapt in a fast pace growingbusiness

    Experience within a FMCG businesspreferable

    Computer literacy (Microsoft suite)Excel Word Outlook
